Honiton Carers enjoyed the first session of the 6 weeks Creative dancing course arranged by Wellmoor specifically for our group and taking place at The Beehive. The course is funded by the Mobility scheme. The dancing instructor Willa is an absolute delight and a natural at expressive dancing. So very graceful and great fun. The session was very much enjoyed by all 17 attendants, which is the maximum allowed in the class. We are looking forward to our next session on Monday 17th February
Mondays 17th & 24th February
We have enjoyed another couple of Seated Dancing sessions during February and we really are having ing great fun. Willa is delightful to work with and has speeded things up tremendously. More dancing and less slow movements. We warm up, dance, have a break for a cuppa, warm up again and have another crazy free style dance , last week, Willa even brought some props, which was hilarious. We have 3 sessions to go in March, which we are much looking forward to.
